Pounce is an AI-powered lead response platform you self-host. It connects to your inbox (Gmail or Outlook), watches for new inquiries, responds automatically with personalized messages, and books meetings via Cal.com or Calendly.
No. The Free tier requires no credit card and includes 500 leads per month.
Yes. Pounce is designed to run on your own server. We provide Docker images, deployment guides, and full environment variable documentation.
Gmail and Outlook are supported for inbound (receiving leads and tracking replies) via OAuth 2.0. For outbound (sending AI responses), you choose Resend, SendGrid, or Mailgun. Generic IMAP/SMTP is on the roadmap.
Free tier includes 1 domain and 100 leads/month with AI auto-reply. After 100 leads, AI auto-reply pauses but leads still arrive and get emailed to you — no data loss. No credit card required, no trial period. Upgrade to Starter for unlimited leads.
Inbox integration (Gmail/Outlook) is for receiving leads — Pounce watches your inbox for new inquiries and tracks replies. Sending provider (Resend/SendGrid/Mailgun) is for sending AI-generated responses. You need at least a sending provider. Inbox integration is optional but recommended.
Each form has an embeddable script tag. Copy the code from your admin dashboard and paste it into any page. No coding required.
Yes. The admin dashboard has a user management section where you can invite team members and assign roles (admin or user). Free and Starter tiers include up to 3 users.
Yes. Pounce runs on your own server. Your data never leaves your infrastructure unless you choose to use a third-party email provider.
